At 911 DRAIN AND PLUMBING, we understand that emergencies require immediate action. To assist our clients quickly and effectively, we offer emergency plumbing services without requiring a deposit upfront. However, the following terms and conditions apply to all emergency work.
1. Immediate Response & Service Authorization
By requesting emergency services, the client authorizes 911 DRAIN AND PLUMBING to proceed with the necessary work without prior written quotation approval. The client acknowledges that emergency rates and urgent materials may apply.
2. Payment Terms
Full payment is due immediately upon completion of the emergency work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Failure to make payment may result in interest charges and recovery action as outlined below.
3. Pricing & Variations
All prices are subject to variation based on:
The actual time spent on-site and the nature of the emergency
After-hours or weekend service rates
Material availability and urgency pricing
Any additional work required beyond the initial emergency service may be quoted separately and will require approval before proceeding.
4. Ownership of Materials
Ownership of all parts, materials, and equipment installed during emergency service remains the property of 911 DRAIN AND PLUMBING until full payment is received. The client agrees not to remove, resell, or tamper with installed materials until ownership is transferred.
5. Right to Recover Unpaid Materials or Equipment
In the event of non-payment, 911 DRAIN AND PLUMBING reserves the right to:
Remove any installed materials, products, or equipment
Enter the premises at a mutually agreed time to recover such items
Claim a lien over any installed assets until full payment is made
6. Legal & Collection Costs
Should legal action be required to recover outstanding amounts, the client shall be responsible for all legal fees, including attorney and court costs, in addition to the amounts owed.
7. Limitation of Liability
While we strive to provide prompt and professional emergency services, 911 DRAIN AND PLUMBING is not liable for any consequential damages, loss of income, or further damage resulting from pre-existing issues, delays due to supplier constraints, or client inaccessibility during emergencies.
